How to copy from DVD to hard disk (Windows).
Most people use the course from DVD. Installing the course on hard disk has the advantage that the movie clips will load faster.
There is no separate install program. Please follow these steps.
0) If the course is already in use, deactivate first by entering your serial/registration code.
1) Insert the DVD in the DVD-station. A menu pops up.
2) Choose Open folder to view files

3) Right click the DVD station in the Explorer
4) Choose from the menu Copy

5) Select a hard drive as destination. For example C: of E:
6) Right click the selected hard drive and choose Paste . First the system creates a folder on hard disk called ABCinema 1.2. After that all files from DVD are copied to that folder. Note: the version number after ABCinema may vary.

7) When Windows finished the copy (about 4 GB), go to the folder ABCinema 1.2.
8) Windows 7: Select the file abcinema.exe and choose Pin to Taskbar.
You can also choose Pin to Start Menu.

Windows XP, Vista, 7: You may Create shortcut. If you want the ABCinema icon on your desktop, drag the shortcut from the folder ABCinema 1.2 to your desktop.
You can also start the course by clicking the file abcinema.exe in the Explorer.
